Happy Monday Chewbz fans :).
After a few weeks of loud and bright retro sweets, we thought it was about time we gave a more traditional treat it’s time in the spotlight.
This weeks Retro sweet of the week is…
Bullseyes!
These delicious stripy sweets pack a mega minty punch! A great wintry treat, we’ve been treating ourselves to a few of these during this cold/freezing snap. They’ve even got us feeling a bit… Christmassy*!
We don’t currently sell these boiled beauties, but we’re always looking to expand our range, so if you’re a fan of these then please let us know!

One of the only sweets I’ve never tried before 🙁 would LOVE to 🙂 xx
I used to eat these on long car trips to the beach or to see family when I was a little kid! Memories – sucking my way through a bag of these and listening to UB40 tapes 🙂
I would love to win these for my sister in law who is pregnant and craving mints and sweets all the time!
Anything Minty I must eat, as ITS JUST AN AWESOME TREAT <3..especially if its supposed to give me a mega minty punch!

Loved em and one of those sweets that has universal appeal for the whole family, even grandpa gets his salivary glands working!

i love minty sweets! there my fav especially these! i usally have to do with out as im the only one who likes mints everyone else likes liquroice or other sweets i cannot enjoy but these are my all time favourite and im be rather happy to sit and munch them on my own!!!! xx
NOSTALGIC
Ahhh..Bullseyes – closely related to traditional ‘humbugs’ but spherical in shape rather than oblong. These minty little balls certainly hit the spot as their name suggests and only Scrooge would begrudge them being shared around 😉
My partner told me he loved these when he was younger and i have never been able to find them for him!! definitely a xmas present for him! i have never even tried them!
I love mint sweets and I think with christmas coming up I’d be able to eat the entire jar guilt free.
Haven’t had these in years. Cirrently pregnant with first child so eating my weight in mints to ease heartburn, please help 🙂
Love these they remind me of when I was at Junior School.On your Birthday you stood at the front of the Assembly and the Headmaster gave you a Bullseye at the end.
Use to have these in my Tuck Box when I went back to school
Everytime i eat one i always say one hundred and eighty.
l never seen these before
This would take me right back to my childhood and sadly my parents are no longer with us so I would really love to win them.
These remind me of visits to my grandad. He would offer you one, but he had to give it to you incase you took more than the one.

These remind me of a seaside visit when I was younger. I loved to buy a jar from the stall with my holiday pocket money. I was tempted by the toffee dummies and sticks of rock but the bullseye always caught my … ;0)
wow have not had these for years! would love to try these again after all these years, before it’s time for the dentures!
Never tried them, always wanted too but not got the chance. Now chewbz you can give me the chance and if I like them I’ll buy some from you.

My boyfriend has never tried them and we love a game of marbles… I think these would be a delicious replacement!

Love anything minty, and it makes your breath fresh too. I used to eat these onthe long week home from school when I was little, maybe I could encourage my children to walk home if they had these to eat at the same time

My dad always talks about them and how amazing they are and how you can’t get anything remotely similar to them… but we have yet to try them!

I would love to try these sweets as my father and mother in-law(in their 80’s & 90’s) absolutely adore these. I love all types of sweets but I am on a dairy free diet so am limited in what I can have.

I’d like to try them as I like minty taste, the dark,sultry colour,would mean less speed more haste,as I would rush to enjoy them,at an alarming pace
Mint normally wakes me up, so I’d love to try these to see if they can keep me bright eyed and bushy tailed while I’m staring at the computer screen all day!

Ok, Ok, Id love these sweets because i remember my Grandad eating these, and never giving me one to try. I’d love to turn the tables on him.

My Grandad always used to have a 1/4 of Bullseyes in his pocket to share with us, they always remind me of him
On my quest to find the elusive man of my dreams, these would be a handy breath freshener 😉
