Did you know that we have a range of Sugar Free Sweets? Well now you do!
So many of you asked for them, and we’re really pleased with our Sugar Free offering. So if you can’t have, or don’t want to have, sugar for any reason then you can still spoil your sweet tooth!
To help celebrate another of our favourites, this weeks competition is a Sugar Free zone!
Sugar Free Pear Drops
Now we know these look a little different to your average Pear Drop, but they definitely taste just as good as any you had way back when. To be extra sure they are really, really good we’ve taste tested (scoffed a jar in the office) these again just for you.
If you’d like to win some of these super tasty Sugar Free sweets, simply leave a comment on this post and tell us why you’d like to get your sticky fingers on a Tub.
Our favourite comment, as voted for by team Chewbz, will win the sweets. Just make sure you comment before 9am next Monday, the 12th March.
Now get entering… before we eat them all ;).
WINNERS!
Thanks again for another week of great comments Chewbz fans. So pleased to hear that so many of you love the idea of Sugar Free Sweets.
We found it hard to choose between our two favourite entries this week, so we sent a Tub of Pear Drops to…
Jade and Kathryn Casbolt.
Congratulations guys, a Chewbz parcel should be popping through your door very soon!
I would love to win a tub, nothing can beat the taste and smell of Pear Drops! Added bonus being sugar free, I can eat twice as much!
Firstly, I love sweets. End of. Secondly, I always have a secret stash hidden underneath paperwork thats in the desk drawer in my bedroom (currently, lemon sherbets and a few blackjacks…but SHHH…don’t tell the other half or my little boy). Thirdly, I manage to persuade the other half that I’m “out of sweets so need to order some” more often than is required. Fourthly, my good friend Rosie sent me lots of little bags of sweets from you when I was going through a really rough patch in my life and cheered me up no end. Fifthly, my fore mentioned son is allergic to many, many things, and these sweets would cheer him up no end (pulling at the heartstrings here!!) And lastly….retro sweets rule FACT. Ah, I remember the days when the Chonp was 10p and HUGE, and a curly wurly was 12p and HUGE! and when typical 1p sweets were *SHOCK HORROR* 1p! xxxx
mmmm……pear drops, unique aroma! everyone knows when you’re eating one of these – which is bad because then you’re expected to share 🙁

Being a type 1 diabetic restricts me on what i’m allowed to eat but these are perfect. It wonderful to see companies like this investing into treats making them suitable for people like myself or for others who wish to have a healthly version of a true classic sweet.

I would love to win these are they sugar free and I am a diabetic I find it hard to come across sugar free sweets that are not toffee’s or chewies. I can not eat things that are like toffee as they pull my dentures out. I found out I was diabetic a bit too late I only found out because the sugar levels rotted my teeth away. I reckon these pear drops would be perfect for me.

I love the taste, it reminds me of my chidhood. I would love topass this experience on to my children.
pear drops always remind me of my childhood. They taste great and just instantly transport you back. I remember our chemistry teacher mixing up ethers to smell like pear drops, he also said it was scientifically proven to be one of the most appealing smells in the world
Pear drops were one of my favourites as a child, currently doing the dieting and giving up smoking thing, these would be the perfect treat!

I have already purcased these, and others from your sugar free range, for my mum who suffers from diabetes. Fabulous product at a fantastic price – really nice to see sugar free items where the price has not been majorly inflated. Please will you consider a mixed jar of sugar frees, it would make a great gift.
Pretty Enticing Appealing Really (P.E.A.R)
Desirable Rounds Of Perfect Sweetness (D.R.O.P.S)
I personally am Diabetic AND on a strict low sugar diet so these sweets would make my mundane menus a tad tastier 🙂
Pear drops remind me of when i was younger, everyday after school id pop into the sweet shop.. brings back lovely memories! sadly the sweet shop is no more 🙁 and ive not had pear drops for years… but hearing about sugar free ones is AMAZING! Ive been doing slimming world for 6 months and i can eat these without feeling guilty! FANTASIC 🙂
Firstly, I’m a student coming towards the end of my term, my loans running low and I’ve been reduced to beans on toast and pot noodles, the shame of it! I’m really, REALLY craving something sweet and everyone knows pear drops are just like, awesome!
Plus, they’re my mums favourites back from when she was a girl (a long time ago mind, don’t tell her that though!) so if I somehow manage to resist eating them all, I’m sure it’d make up for a bit of a lousy mothers day present considering the whole student lifestyle.
Plus, sugar free means the dentist won’t have a go at me as much… hopefully…
p.s. you guys are awesome for running this competition!
I would love to win a tub of sweets because im a sweetaholic and I can eat these without them rotting my teeth and less calorie intakes 🙂
